1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the FILYY app. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 16 years of age;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

2. Account Registration

To access FILYY, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration;
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential;
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach of your account.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful and respectful communication. You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or impersonate others;
• Share or transmit any illegal, harmful, obscene, or offensive content;
• Use the Service for commercial or promotional purposes without authorization;
• Attempt to access or interfere with accounts, servers, or networks without permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these rules.

3a. Prohibited Activities

To maintain a secure, respectful, and legally compliant platform, the following activities are strictly prohibited on FILYY. Violation of these rules may result in account suspension, permanent ban, and/or legal action.

Illegal or Unlawful Activity

• Commit or promote illegal acts (e.g., drug trafficking, human trafficking, money laundering)
• Share or distribute illegal content or materials
• Facilitate terrorism or violence

Harassment or Abuse

• Harass, stalk, threaten, or bully other users
• Engage in hate speech, discriminatory remarks, or racist slurs
• Target individuals or groups with harmful or offensive content

Sexually Explicit Content

• Share pornography or sexually explicit images, videos, or messages
• Solicit or distribute sexual content involving minors (this will be reported to authorities)
• Engage in or promote sexual harassment or exploitation

Child Exploitation or Endangerment

• Share content that sexually exploits or endangers children
• Attempt to contact, groom, or manipulate minors for inappropriate purposes
• Impersonate a minor to exploit or deceive others

Impersonation and Identity Fraud

• Impersonate another individual, public figure, or company
• Use fake identities to mislead or deceive others
• Use profile photos or names that violate someone else's rights

Spam, Scams, and Fraud

• Send bulk or repetitive unsolicited messages
• Post or promote scams, fake giveaways, or fraudulent offers
• Use the app for phishing, identity theft, or financial fraud

Malware and Hacking

• Upload, distribute, or link to viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to FILYY or its users
• Interfere with the security or functionality of FILYY

Self-Harm or Violence

• Promote or encourage suicide, self-harm, or eating disorders
• Share content involving extreme violence or graphic gore
• Threaten to harm yourself or others (seek help - we care)

Automated or Inauthentic Behavior

• Use bots or scripts to automate usage, messaging, or account creation
• Create multiple fake accounts to abuse the platform
• Manipulate or misrepresent engagement

Violation of Intellectual Property

• Share copyrighted materials without permission
• Infringe on trademarks, patents, or trade secrets
• Use FILYY branding or content without authorization

Circumvention of Controls

• Attempt to bypass bans, blocks, or age restrictions
• Use VPNs, proxies, or spoofing to misrepresent your identity or location
• Interfere with moderation tools or reporting functions

Enforcement and Consequences

Violating any of these rules may result in:

• Temporary or permanent suspension of your FILYY account
• Removal of content or messages
• Reporting to legal authorities when required
• Restriction of access to app features or services

3b. Rules of Use

Welcome to FILYY! To ensure a safe, respectful, and fun environment for everyone, we ask all users to follow these rules while using our app. By using FILYY, you agree to follow these rules:

1. Be Respectful

• Treat all users with kindness and respect.
• Harassment, bullying, hate speech, or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated.
• Avoid using offensive or vulgar language.

2. No Illegal Activity

• Do not use FILYY to promote, plan, or engage in illegal activities.
• Sharing of illegal content, including drugs, violence, or criminal behavior, is strictly prohibited.

3. No Harmful or Dangerous Behavior

• Don't threaten or intimidate others.
• Don't promote self-harm, suicide, or violence.
• If you or someone else is in danger, please contact local authorities immediately.

4. Protect Your Privacy

• Never share your personal information like your home address, financial info, or passwords.
• Do not ask others for their personal information.

5. No Spamming or Scamming

• Don't send repetitive, irrelevant, or unsolicited messages.
• Do not use FILYY to promote scams, phishing, or fraudulent offers.

6. Impersonation is Prohibited

• Do not pretend to be someone else, including celebrities, officials, or other users.
• Use your real identity or a unique screen name that does not mislead others.

7. No Inappropriate Content

• Do not send sexually explicit, pornographic, or obscene messages.
• Any content involving minors in an inappropriate context will be reported to authorities.

8. Use the App as Intended

• Don't attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt FILYY's service or servers.
• Don't use bots or automation to create accounts or send messages.

9. Respect Age Limits

You must be at least 16 years old to use FILYY. Do not misrepresent your age.

10. Report Violations

If you see something inappropriate, please report it. You help keep FILYY safe!

Enforcement

Violating these rules may result in:

• Temporary or permanent suspension of your account
• Content removal
• Reporting to appropriate legal authorities (for serious offenses)

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you send or post using FILYY. However, by using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and worldwide license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purposes of operating the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you share.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a harmful way. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.

Terms of Termination

These Terms of Termination outline the conditions under which FILYY Communications LLC. ("FILYY", "we", "our", or "us") may suspend or terminate user access to the FILYY app and related services. By using FILYY, you agree to abide by these terms.

Grounds for Termination

FILYY may suspend or terminate your account for the following reasons:

• Violation of the Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy
• Engagement in prohibited activities as outlined in our Prohibited Activities Policy
• Use of the service for illegal or harmful purposes
• Harassment, abuse, or threats to other users
• Repeated reports of inappropriate behavior or content
• Impersonation, identity fraud, or use of fake accounts
• Automated or unauthorized access to the service
• Disruption of the platform's normal operations or technical abuse

Types of Termination

FILYY may exercise the following types of termination depending on the severity and nature of the violation:

• Temporary Suspension: A short-term restriction due to minor violations or during investigation.
• Account Deactivation: Disabling of the account with potential for appeal or reinstatement.
• Permanent Ban: Irrevocable removal of access to FILYY due to severe or repeated violations.
• Immediate Termination: In extreme cases involving threats to safety, illegal activity, or child exploitation, accounts may be terminated immediately without prior notice.

Notification

In most cases, we will attempt to notify you via the app or your registered email before or at the time of account action. However, in cases involving severe breaches, we reserve the right to terminate without notice.

Appeals Process

If you believe your account was suspended or terminated in error, you may appeal the decision by contacting us at:

Data Retention and Deletion

Upon termination, we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate safety, fraud prevention, or regulatory purposes. Deleted accounts will not retain message histories or user content.

No Liability

FILYY is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by account termination. Users are advised to use FILYY responsibly and comply with all community standards and legal requirements.

You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.

7. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the Service will always be secure, error-free, or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and liabilities related to your use of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FILYY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon.
